Marketing Strategy
This marketing strategy was developed by Gaia De Rossi as a part of her Major Project. Essentially, this is the outline of a launch strategy for a creative venture named "Out Of The Tunnel". This creative venture is a podcast - vodcast platform that explores the intersection between sports, fashion, and identity. Ultimately, this project is deeply grounded in both consumer and cultural research, this specific strategy was built upon an identified gap within the authentic athlete storytelling, and therefore focuses on establishing a content-driven, community-focused approach to address these underlying issues. This marketing strategy is the representation of integrated strategic frameworks, audience insights, and a phased launch plan that directly demonstrates both the creative direction and commercial viability for this creative venture. The process of developing this project reinforced deeply Gaia’s belief in generating the most compelling brand narrative around the emerge of identified genuine cultural gaps rather than basing them on manufactured trends. The process as a whole challenged her greatly in finding a balance between her creative ambition and commercial viability in a manner that would sharpen her strategic thinking skills.
